Finding hope in the midst of pain

Finding hope in the midst of pain can be hard. Knowing that you have a heavenly father that cares about everything we go through, doesn't take away the pain, but makes it bearable.

Here is a story I would like to encourage you with...

 Luke 18:1-8

"One day Jesus told his disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up. “There was a judge in a certain city,” he said, “who neither feared God nor cared about people.  A widow of that city came to him repeatedly, saying, ‘Give me justice in this dispute with my enemy.’ The judge ignored her for a while, but finally he said to himself, ‘I don’t fear God or care about people, but this woman is driving me crazy. I’m going to see that she gets justice, because she is wearing me out with her constant requests!’”
Then the Lord said, “Learn a lesson from this unjust judge. Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly!

Encouragement:

I highlighted some key points I would like to talk about, to encourage you during hard times. Jesus started by telling them a Story, "So that they should always pray and never give up!" That is one of the KEY points I want to stress in this article, that during times of difficulty and pain, ALWAYS PRAY and NEVER GIVE UP, Your heavenly father knows and is always doing a work behind the scenes!

The Judge in this story Jesus told, straight up admitted that he didn't fear God (in other words, he had no respect or honor to God) and didn't care about people but gave her what she was looking for, which was JUSTICE! and Jesus ended the story by saying, to learn a lesson from this Judge, who didn't care about people, but you have a heavenly father that LOVES you and wants to give justice to His people and he will do it QUICKLY!

I LOVE this story because it encourages me to keep going, keep praying and to NEVER GIVE UP!

I pray this was a blessing to you!
