There are late nights, we spend time researching how to cook our children's favorite meals, help with home work, make sure they have clean clothes to wear and the list goes on...
The bible says in Proverbs 31:25-30 about the proverbs 31 women that does everything. For me this describes me and other moms that spend time and serve their family.
Here's what it says...
25 Strength and dignity are her clothing,
and she laughs at the time to come.
26 She opens her mouth with wisdom,
and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
27 She looks well to the ways of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children rise up and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many women have done excellently,
but you surpass them all.”
30 Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain,
but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

A lot of everything that is said here describes the mom that serves her family. How I serve my family may not look like yours because we are two different people and each of our families need different things. Your family may not like to rise early in the morning, you might be night owls. The point is, we are ALL different people with different needs and there is no need to compare ourselves to each other because we are both two different people.
Let's continue to serve our families with much love and heart! Mom...Keep doing what you are doing!
